Three Year old Major J Harris has been missing from Milwaukee, WI since October 9th, after his mother was slain. The suspected killer has since been found dead. Major was last wearing a dark blue tshirt that has a pocket on the left side, navy blue Nike basketball shorts, and no shoes. He is African American, around 3ft tall and 40 pounds, has black eyes, his hair is zig zagged patterned with dreadlocks. He has a light complexion birthmark on his right buttock, a small cut on his cheek, and he has delayed speech.
