Luke Pinkard is currently out on bond… Personally I don’t agree with anyone being eligible for bond in sexual offense cases, and while no physical offense took place, he allegedly videoed/took photos without permission, and there is currently a child molestation charge against him. He repeated this offense while out on bond from his previous offense. This is not ok. Please do not let your guard down when it comes to your safety or the safety of children. There is a lot of evil out there.
